Review of Café Society (2016) by Alex F — 13 Oct 2016
Woody Allen gives us as usual a great script, the dialogues are great, the main characters are likable, the performances are decent and the visuals transport us to that golden age of Hollywood, but in the end it feels like Café Society doesn't bring anything new to the table, but for Woody Allen fans like me, and movie buffs in general , it will be a great movie to watch for the tribute it gives to the golden age of Hollywood.
