Review of Cactus Flower (1969) by Daniel P — 17 Jun 2008
Reasonably funny, although like most 1969 movies, it gives in to the temptation of attracting the long-haired hippie freak demographic by adding an obligatory dance scene in a groovy Greenwich Village club.
Plus the screwball comedy elements seem a bit forced at times. Nice to see Ingrid Bergman in a comedic role, and as a romantic partner with a man five years her junior!
