Review of Cabin Fever: Patient Zero (2014) by Andy N — 11 Oct 2014
It has some decent gore effects, but it never does what it needs to which is go for full camp or full seriousness. It never makes an attempt to rise above a B movie, but with B movies becoming a huge part of pop culture thanks to films like Sharknado--you'd think more B movies would just go crazy but unfortunately Patient Zero attempts to take itself too seriously that by the time someone finally gets around to killing one of the infected with a big black dildo--there's no humor to it.
If you like gore and nothing else, than this sequel will provide you with a very good amount of gore with passable gore effects.
