Why remake a film only 14 years after it's release? Not THAT much worse than the original... but not very different at all. It's the same film with minimal changes to the script, different cast and different director.
.. which is fine, but why? It's not a complete miss... it's just SLIGHTLY not as good as the first. That said... seems pointless.
