"Cabin Fever" is not that scary and is a little too gory. On the bright side, Eli Roth knows exactly what makes the audience squirm and it uses it to its full potential. Furthermore, "diseases" aren't usually horror movies' subjects, so it benefits from a simple, yet frightening, premise.
