Review of Cabin Boy (1994) by Vasu B — 15 Jun 2007
This movie is so bad that it is good. I can't lie and say I did not laugh cause I did laugh throughout the entire movie. I love how ignorant chris elliot is in this movie. I love how sheltered he is.
I love the cast of characters that are with him. sadly enough, I could watch this movie over and over again. I think a lot of people need an experience like his. for anyone who doesn't know, chris elliot is a boy who just graduated from private school and is heading home on a cruise to his homeland of hawaii.
he says something ignorant to his chauffeur and the he kicks him out of the car. elliot has to find his own way to the cruise ship so he finally makes his way to a fishing village where he finds a boat thinking that it is his cruise ship.
he ignorantly thinks that he's on a theme boat where the theme is a finshing whaler. elliot finds himself in a rude awakening.a short movie which I dont' think will waste your time. you must have a sense of humor to enjoy this movie though.
