Review of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969) by Maxwell S — 09 Apr 2012

It is understandable for people to say that it isn't a western, but to say that this is a bad movie? This film is unforgettable, influential and absolutely brilliant. You could say that it's "too cute", but I'd like to point out that they didn't throw a joke at you every 8 seconds like a modern mindless comedy, it was perfectly timed.

The jokes that they put in didn't make any sacrifices to the very compelling storyline. I think that makes this that much better.
