Review of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969) by Brayden T — 06 Mar 2016
I literally cannot find a thing I didn't love about this film. Amazing characters, great story. By the end of the film I couldn't say who was my favorite out of the two main characters, as they seem to almost make up two parts of one, insanely cool protagonist, while at the same time standing on their own as really engaging individuals. The dialogue and acting work hand in hand to bring you closer to this outlaw duo as they evade capture and laugh in the face of authority.
This is a classic of cinematic filmmaking that should not be missed. The action and innuendo is so on point and engaging that it doesn't feel at all like it is as old as it really is, which makes it truly special.
In short: This movie fucking rules!
