Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee is such a powerful and well done film. The story is factual and takes place in the late 19th Century. During this time a lot of changes were occurring with the expansion of the USA further west, discovery of gold and more that the Indians were at a constant flux.
All the sacred land and laws that were passed originally with USA were being constantly changed...I was very shocked in the way people that were humane made others live and parish...very eye opening and done well.
..must see!
