It could have been better, but well done. The ending throws off the story into how things could have been resolved. Unless, this is how the writers wanted it to end.
4 years later... I find it makes sense on the second round than the first. That was what I thought before, now it clicks. CIA were keeping tabs on the individuals in the case.
