We have seen this kind of plot lines a thousand times before, even granny's drawers are fresher than this flat-lining musical yarn. The music's uninspiring, the characters are cut from standard stock, the acting's perfunctory and the story's run-of-the-mill.
Even the sexy costumes & cabaret numbers can't save this dud. Chicago it's not.
