Review of Burke & Hare (2010) by Dustin G — 08 Nov 2011

I really can't see why this movie got butchered so badly by everyone. I for one really enjoyed it. It's funny, dark as hell, yes, but funny nonetheless, it's based on a great, true story, it looks great throughout, has fantastic music, and some great acting.

I can't see how some grisly subject matter could turn people off of it so much. Then again, maybe it ultimately just comes down to taste. In that I have great taste and everyone who panned this film does not.
