Review of Bumblebee (2018) by Andrew P — 29 Dec 2018
This is probably my favorite Transformer film of them all, but that's not saying much. The two best things about this film are Hailee Steinfeld and and the look of the G1 Transformers robots. John Cena had a few funny lines, but they were funny because of how they were written, not how they were delivered.
While I enjoyed the relationship between Bumblebee and Steinfeld, I thought it leaned just a little too much into that aspect of the film.
