Review of Bullitt (1968) by Darryl J — 17 May 2008
Another one of those "best car chase scene ever" type of movies. That scene was pretty incredible. The best thing about it was the setting. San Francisco is probably the most dangerous place to have a car chase. It's all crazy hills and sharp turns.
Steve McQueen was awesome as shit in this but this whole movie seemed like it would work better as a tv show. I felt as if they tried to force character development out of him instead of just letting it happen. It's whatever though. It's still a great movie.
