This was pretty good for a cop movie. I was more impressed with Steve McQueen than I thought I'd be. He ain't half bad that one. It was just gritty enough to be interesting and real, and just mysterious enough to keep my interest.
The car chase is entertaining enough...perhaps even comparable to The French Connection chase. Judge that for yourself, though. I find them boring and far-fetched. :).
