Review of Bullitt (1968) by Chris W — 06 Sep 2008
This is one of (if not the) best police procedural films ever made. The score is very cool and peppy, the story has some nice twists in it, the direction is good, the camera work is gorgeous, the oft-cited chase sequence doesn't disappoint (at least not for me), and of course, there's Steve McQueen.
With someone this badass in a film, how could the film be a letdown?
