I legitimately really liked this film. From the very beginning this movie oozes with style. The action is fantastic, the characters are well written and interesting, and the camerawork is done very well.
The pacing as well as some plot points are certainly different from other films, but this doesn't really damage the movie much overall. You could say that Bullet Train is coherent in being incoherent, and it works.
This is a fun and stylish film and I definitely recommend it.
