I'm a big Stallone fan but this was not one of his better movies. If you're looking for a better buddy cop flick with Stallone I recommend Tango & Cash. Zero chemistry between the two leads.
Thumbs up to the axe fight scene with Mamoa (still miss you on Game of Thrones).
