Don't you have any happy childhood memories of Sylvester Stallone, action hero? Do you think Get Carter was his finest work? Do you miss the buddy cop flick? Then I got a mindless actioner for you! Based on a graphic novel helps excuse the poor dialog and cliched plot.
But it could have been a lot worse and it doesn't hurt my brain the way say the Fast franchise does. I bet this would have been a huge hit in the late 90's but the Rob Schneider would have been the co star, and we've been there done that.
