Yes I love joaquin phoenix as much as the next girl but whilst I enjoyed this film it could have done more with the subject I feel. The book is alot darker and I think although this film is very good in itself it probably would have been better if it had taken some extra risks.
The cast however are all superb and this film is definately worth watching.
