There's something about Gregor Jordan films that has me asking "why am I watching this?" until the last 30 minutes, when intrigue finally kicks in. He has that strange mix of ending his films slowly but tensely.
It's also confusing about whether this film is right or left, and that's partly what I like about it. Pity he hasn't made another film since Ned Kelly!
