Review of Buffalo '66 (1998) by Morgan G — 16 May 2009
The "artistic touch", its special pace and the amount of weirdos and neurosis of this film could make it a bit "too much" for some tastes. But if you can live with that, the movie reveals itself as a very unlikely exploration, with a very peculiar mood and humour, of desperation, loneliness, the banality of life, social anxiety and by the final part it becomes a very surprising tale of romanticism and tenderness (the part at the hotel was really touching).
Really worth the watching.
