It is so hard to pick a favoirt Abbott & Costello film, bit if forced to make a choice, I had side with this one. Watching Lou's face as the monsters chance after him is laugh out load funny! And it has one of the best lines in film history! "Everynight when the moon is full, I turn into a wolf" to which Lou replys, "You and twenty million other guys.
