I'm not sure why this wasn't titled Abbott and Costello Meet Dracula because they have a lot more interaction with Dracula than they do with with Frankenstein('s monster). If you are familiar with this comedy duo, then you already know the type of humor and some of the routines that are found in this old horror-comedy.
Really nice to see Bela Lugosi and Lon Chaney Jr reprising their most well-known roles in this spoof.
