Squeamishly unfunny. If you want to make a movie about gay people being accepted in society, try using a character that people like, or at the very least relate to. Bruno is flamboyant and offensive. He tries to make other people uncomfortable by "being gay" and flamboyant.
If he did to me the thing he does to people in the movie, I would be uncomfortable too.
