There were a lot of laughs, but I think it tried way too hard to be shocking and vulgar. Borat had a lot more charm, whereas Bruno just went around trying to set up the most embarrassing situations he could or gross out people not used to homosexuality, relying way too much on forcing reactions out of people rather then watching them react naturally.
