Review of Brother Bear (2003) by Manch F — 22 Oct 2018
With absolutely stunning visuals and soundtrack, this movie has always been near and dear to my heart. Flipping the story and making humans the monsters are rarely done in childrens movies, but Brother Bear does it amazingly.
As well as depicting siblingship far more accurate than many other movies, it also deals with the loss of a loved one, as well as how to deal with mistakes you've made. In the end, Brother Bear is a story about growth.
Growing into a good person, even if it takes becoming a bear to do that.
