So many great things about this movie that just don't add up. Could have be phenomenal, but doesn't quite get there. Don Cheadle is awesome. Ethan Hawk was unreal. And they are surround by a big talented cast.
It's gritty, it's dark, but it certainly doesn't serve as a recruitment tool for the American Police force. It's a little slow in it's pacing, but it all comes together nicely.
