No, it isn't. Criminal in its cop genre cliches. Good to see Snipes working to pay off that I.R.S. debt, though. Rent CLOCKERS, and then take the F Train to THE FRENCH CONNECTION, PRINCE OF THE CITY and even SGT. KABUKIMAN, N.Y.P.D..
