Not bad, but not great either....
The cast is pretty great with Gere turning in a quietly interesting performance. It was also great to see Snipes return to actual film work, he was probably the most interesting character in this flick. Ultimately it is let down by a story that has been told many times before and dialogue that in some places is awful. The scenes with Barkin as a hard nosed boss in particular were not very convincing.
Overall this is serviceable and entertaining but not particularly original or imaginative.
