Review of Bronson (2009) by Zachary C — 01 Feb 2014

If there is one thing I can say about this movie it's that Tom Hardy plays a great criminal. This movie is kind of confusing due to the fact that it doesn't really try to tell Bronson's story as much as it should have.

For example the movie doesn't really mention this and I was a little confused on it, but the fact that his wife and child did not greet him when he got out of prison and his parents did was kind of confusing.

I would later read online that his wife left him when he got sent to prison. I mean how was I supposed to know that? For all I knew they were dead and nowhere in the movie does Bronson mention that his wife and child left him (at least none that I heard).

But that aside Bronson was actually very entertaining even though it was disturbing, violent and (a lot more often than it being violent) weird.
