Review of Broken Flowers (2005) by Kimberley F — 11 Aug 2011
Don Johnston (Bill Murrary) plays a man who recieves a pink letter telling him he has a twenty year old son somewhere, but the letter is not signed. So he goes on a journey to re-vist four ex girl friends and find out who sent the letter.
This movie is quiet and melenchioly, but unlike other reviewers I hated the sound track. I probably would have liked the film a lot more if the sound track hadn't been so awful. The direction is beautiful and interesting, but the quiet scenes were sometimes a little long.
