Review of Broken Flowers (2005) by Jase H — 03 Dec 2012
12/1/12 I felt like this film could have been trimmed down to an hour. There are tons of "dead spaces" where there is absolutely no dialog and mundane driving scenes and such. I did feel intrigued by his search, but it is still way too slow.
It is a very bizarre film, and I did find myself chuckling at many scenes. However, the end is horribly disappointing and I felt very unfulfilled after it was over. The end lost a half to a full star for me.
