Review of Broken Flowers (2005) by Col — 08 Sep 2008
A very subtle film. Bill Murray's character is almost silent apart from a couple of vibrant patches or encounters you could call it but I really liked how he pulled it off. The music is kinda groovy and you'll enjoy the ride if you're in a mood for something similar to 'Lost in Translation'. I'm beginning to like Bill Murray after all and I love films like these which we all could or would one day relate to on a personal level. The ending perhaps leaves a bit too much open.
