This movie is fueled by Bill Murrays calm cool demeanor. He plays a man who receives a letter that he has a child out in the world he has never met. He sets out on a journey to get with every ex lover to find out if one of the women wrote the letter to see if it's true.
Throughout his journey he remains calm and goes with the flow. He never seems too bothered by the process. After he visits all his ex lovers he still is unsure of who wrote the note or if it's true.
What we do find is a journey of self diacovery.
