Review of Brokedown Palace (1999) by Ruvin D — 23 May 2008
This is definitely one of my favourites. The movie starts with delirium & sarah mclachlan's 'silence'... superb! Just loved the shots in this... especially the defocussing/focusing buddha shot.
Claire Danes just became my favourite actress. Amazing Amazing Amazing... She was just great to watch. Both characters (Danes & Beckinsale) were well written and performed. Basically... Awesome Movie!
