Review of Brokeback Mountain (2005) by Rob Ó — 31 Jul 2012
A masterful examination of societal repression and forced identity. Ledger is absolutely phenomenal and helps to make up for other, weaker members of the cast. The music of the film is particularly unforgettable.
It's a damn shame that more people are going to watch the insipid Nicholas Sparks nonsense in their lifetimes than this film.
