Review of Broadcast News (1987) by Rachel — 24 Jun 2008
Good romantic comedy from James L. Brooks. It has the bittersweet sentiment of "Terms of Endearment" as well as the laugh out loud funny of "As Good As It Gets". It's hard to side with any of the characters, but the resolution is terrific and unusual for a romantic comedy.
Joan Cusack and Jack Nicholson steal the show in their supporting roles.
