Great film! I felt like I was watching the New York EMS version of "Catch 22". Cage, his fellow paramedics, and the hospital staff seemed trapped in a dystopian world where natural order is broken down to a point of no return.
Some truly great cinematography is evident here, it really brings the madness to life.
