Review of Brightburn (2019) by Kenmei — 01 Jun 2019

This is about an average movie as you can get. The script wasn't great and the actors here did the best they could with the material they had. But there was nothing memorable here except the extreme over-the-top gore that came with the various deaths.

Seriously it's not for the squeamish. This feels like a very mediocre fan fiction for the start of Superman's story. I don't know that it deserves to have a sequel that it was setting up for.
