Review of Brightburn (2019) by Amarkula — 12 Jun 2021

Movie is way too slow paced and feels incredibly boring. There's really nothing wrong with it as there's really nothing in it. It's not horror except forced by genre violence scenes and even in those all emotion is missing because of bad acting. Ok, it tells a story, but so thin that it wouldn't fill a classical comic album. I should give lower score, but those are reserved for movies that I didn't finish.

Only reason to like this movie is that there is contra narrative for "the story".
