At the time I am typing this 60 out of 83 critics have rated this rotten and 87% of 15647 audience liked it. This tells me that the critics have no clue what makes a good movie. This movie has a good plot, well done world building and decent acting.
the action is fine and the VFX are good enough to not pull you out of the movie What more can you ask for?
