Nice idea but felt like Ayer was just having another go at Suicide Squad. Will Smith phones it in with some lazy delivery and/or bad editing. The story becomes predictable with more attention on some silly fight scenes than any character development.
Rapace is wasted and I'm worried that the sequel will make this for Will Smith what The Mummy did for Tom Cruise. It's not the worst film of the year and it is watchable if you've nothing better to do.
