Review of Bright (2017) by Kelsie C — 01 Jan 2018
Refreshing to see a movie that can introduce and establish a complex, living and well-thought-out lore in less then 45 minutes and settle in for an engaging ride in less than two hours or so. Will Smith was his intense-yet-comedic best and there were solid acting turns all around.
The story was there and so was the delivery on all fronts. I'm looking forward to the next one. Just about good enough to make up for the disappointment of The Last Rian Johnson Vehicle.
