Review of Bright (2017) by Aaron%20 F — 27 Dec 2017
While not without its flaws, Bright does offer a fun ride-along through a futuristic Los Angeles ridden with fantasy-race tensions and dark prophecies. Though not quite getting it's social commentary and deeper philosophies across, the movie is packed with intense action and a charming orc performance by Joel Edgerton.
The plot is messy and at times forgettable, but overall Bright does offer an entertaining take on the science-fiction fantasy genre.
