I just watched this movie and I thought it was really good. It blends two very different genres and for some reason it works.
Do not listen to the critics. I bet they are only bashing the film because they didn't get early access to it. A lot of critics like it when studios cater and pander to them. Most movie critics are pretensions assholes. They (critics) have gotten so bad that I now only check audience reviews. Give "Bright" a chance, I think you'll be pleased.
