Review of Bridge of Spies (2015) by Chughead — 23 Oct 2015
Cold War junkies get your fix on this on this Steven Spielberg flix! Mediocre at best but not dry or lame! Slow paced and methodical, not in the Hitchcockian sense. You would think from the trailer that their is more intrigue and some action being that it's a spy thriller.
It's a throwback to classical 50's dramas. Hanks holds down his role well but nothing Oscar buzz worthy. Very patriotic film.
