Review of Bridge of Spies (2015) by Danburrito — 06 Dec 2015
A very interesting movie about the Cold War. Tom Hanks and Mark Rylance gave great performances and Spielberg's direction was excellent. I did think it went on about ten minutes too long at the end but, as long as it was, it was never boring.
It was very intense and exciting, with a few little jokes put in as well. It's the kind of movie that makes you leave the theatre thinking. The Berlin Wall scenes were shocking and well-done as well. This is indeed, a great film from a great director.
If you like War Dramas (or Hanks and Spielberg) you should watch this.
