Review of Bride of Frankenstein (1935) by Chris E — 22 Sep 2010
A master piece classic with a blend of romance, black comedy and thrills. This film shows excellence of the true Fankenstein as it proves how he is misunderstood. This film takes off after they had burnt down the Mill in which Frankenstein was trapped in the last movie as we see he escapes and begins roaming the forest.
During the movie you grow attached to Frankenstein and hard as it seems you feel empothy for him. Later in the film he comes to meeting a blind man which creates emotional impact on the story as we learn both are friendless and lonesome as the Blind man welcomes him unaware he is a monster and calls him his freind as we see the true Frankenstein.
A true classic film if you can appreciate it's excellence but a high recommendation for those who enjoy a great story and vintage horror.
