Review of Bride & Prejudice (2004) by Adam G — 30 Nov 2008

Really enjoyable and entertaining. I knew I'd probably like it cause Bend It Like Beckham is one of my favorite films, but I just expected worse. The songs, while usually random and painfully dubbed, made the movie fun to watch.

I only wish they had removed the REALLY TERRIBLE scene with the girls singing Grease-style in the bedroom. that was just really stupid. but I loved the movie. Aishwarya Rai is just amazing, even though she never seemed to really muster up all of the rebelliousness the role required.
